This is a combination of Thai massage techniques starting with walking on the back, then body stretching, followed up with deep tissue massage to work on the larger muscle groups and specific areas of concern. Then we will begin the hot stone massage to relax and clam the muscle after our deep body workout. It’s a firm and deep tissue type of massage tailored specifically to address your needs. Combining different styles of massage techniques like Thai pressure point, long strokes and stretching to stimulate and ease the muscle tension and increase the body flexibility. This massage will be performed using warm oil for gentle relaxation and will soothe the skin.
